Interesting Facts
Brendan first made the senior Australian team in 2001 when he competed in the men's quad scull crew that finished 10th in Switzerland.
In 2003 Brendan finished fourth in the same event at the world championships, a result that qualified the boat for the Olympics.
Brendan was selected in the men's double scull for the 2004 Athens Olympics Games and partnered Peter Hardcastle to finish in 12th place.
Following the conclusion of the Athens Olympics, Bredan took a break from rowing to concentrate on his studies at the University of Tasmania. He returned to the sport in 2007 and gained Australian team selection in 2008.
